Kaia Yoga's 300 Hour Advanced Teacher Training program is a comprehensive experience consisting of three 100 Hour Advanced Training Modules. For a 500 Hour Certification, complete all three modules (Looking Inward, The Subtle Body and Expanding Outward) plus required assignments, assists and observations. Each training module focuses on a different aspect of teaching and includes expert guest teachers such as Beryl Bender Birch, Manorama, Joe Miller, Cyndi Lee, Alan Finger, Jean Koerner and Jillian Pranksy. Explore teaching Vinyasa yoga, therapeutics, meditation and philosophy.
