Learn Integrating Breathing exercises, mindfulness techniques, and insight and metta Meditations into your slow flow and restorative yoga practices. You will explore simple, accessible, repeatable tools that will help your students cultivate a personal balance of feeling both grounded and spacious. Most importantly we will explore how to use our time on the mat - to offer portable practices intended to be taken off the mat - and into the daily moments of life - when we need it most.

And of course, you will enjoy an extended 2 hour Meditative Practice weaving together mindful flows, restoratives, and meditation. You'll experience the deeply transformative practice yourself and learn to share it with others.

This training is perfect for yoga teachers looking to expand the meditative aspect of their practice. It will also be useful for movement, mindfulness, and meditation instructors of all kinds.
