Join me for a 15-minute mindfulness meditation designed to help you feel more grounded, present, and open. I will draw teachings from my book, Deep Listening, to offer simple, repeatable practices good for all levels of experience. Together, all nine meditations in the series will build a foundation, each practice offering insight to carry into the next —but you may jump in any time!
