How my Zoom classes work and what to expect

All classes are simple, accessible, breath-based, and heart-centered practices. Sequences blend elements from many styles of yoga woven into a slow flow experience, combining peace and power, movement and stillness, insight and breath, while exploring the philosophy and practice of yoga both on and off the mat.

While each class offers a new sequence and focus and they are all designed to help you to feel more calm, clear, connected, and to boost your overall wellbeing.  All classes are open level and crafted to welcome both newer and seasoned practitioners. Be sure to sign up for my mailing list to stay up to date on offerings including classes, special events, and trainings.

Recordings: Registrants receive 7-day access to recordings after each weekly classes. Recordings will be emailed to you 24 hours after the live class ends. (Special events and teacher trainings may vary in recording options.)

PRACTICES FOR EXPANDING INTO THE HEART OF SUMMER

FRIDAY CLASSES (JUL 2 - JUL 23) | 10:00 - 10:45 AM EDT

Summer is a time of expansion. Daylight is longer; nature blooms out in all directions. Like the trees in a forest, we begin to branch outward because their roots are making a deeper connection with the earth. The season creates conditions that offer us the support we need for expansion: We extend our time outdoors, communing with others and bathing in nature—especially after our circumstances in the last year. We also expand inward.

In this summer series, we will dive in deep to harness the energy of summer and support our own “expanding body of light.” Through slow flow yoga, deep rest, restoratives, and Metta meditation practices you can take off the mat, we’ll:

  • Gently release stagnant energy and tension

  • Become more grounded and expansive

  • Explore the benefits of inner reflection and self-love

This special Summer Series includes 5 live classes and 4 on-demand classes for you to enjoy July 2 - September 6 as well as a Mid-Summer’s Dream Mini-Retreat July 27.
