Mid-Summer's Dream Mini-Retreat

Join me for an evening of pure restoration and yogic sleep to soothe your nervous system, ease your body, calm your mind, and help you get a better night’s sleep.

Summer is a time of expansion. Daylight is longer; nature blooms out in all directions. As we rejoice in the warmth and vitality of the summer months, we must balance the heat, increased activity, and excess energy with cool ease and the magic of the night.

Jillian will guide you through a series of gentle yin stretches, earthy grounding restorative poses, and a nourishing yoga nidra (yogic sleep).

As you come home to your body, breath, mind, and heart, find access to more resources and a greater capacity—physically, mentally, and emotionally—to return to a sense of calm and connectedness. This practice will leave you feeling more deeply rested and nourished.

Use this practice all month to train your body and mind to prepare for sleep, or use it during the day, when you need some extra rest.
