Fall FOLIAGE Retreat in the BERKSHIRES

Fall is the perfect time to get grounded and practice purification and cleansing techniques to prepare for the changing season. join jillian for an immersive experience to reconnect with your mind, body and spirit.

The Fall Foliage Retreat is loved for its peaceful inspiring surroundings, our amazing Yoga Space (a huge restored barn, is a warm, sacred space illuminated by ceiling skylights), the magnificent musical brook lined with cozy hammocks, and the unforgettable meals prepared for us by the Coach House's natural Gourmet Chef.

I have been leading an Autumn Weekend Retreat in the Berkshire Mountains since 2000. This retreat is one of my favorites! With out fail– in only a weekend – you will feel completely re-centered and re-connected with yourself. Year after year this trip is known to send you home – no matter how you arrived- with a deep sense of renewal, gratitude, and inspiration. I can’t wait to share it with you again this year! And I am most exited for the return of magnificent Bass Player and renown composer Garth Stevenson who will play live in class for us Sunday.

This retreat includes four comprehensive Slow Flow Yoga, Deep Relaxation and Meditation classes over the weekend as well as an early morning walking meditation. Our sessions will include grounding, purification and cleansing techniques, designed to prepare our bodies and minds for the changing season.

When we are not practicing yoga, feel free to rest or play as you please: explore the great outdoors, hike to a waterfall, enjoy a bodywork session or simply curl up with a book.

*Classes will be accessible to students of most levels. (Beginners should speak with me before registering.) Classes are mainly slow flow vinyasa.  We will do a walking meditation, weather permitting, on Saturday morning. Evening classes may include extra meditation and deep relaxation.

Jillian’s Fall Foliage Retreat gave me the opportunity to learn from a master yogi, to interact with positive and loving fellow yogis, to eat healthy food in a warm and vibrant community of folks eager to enjoy one another’s company, and to return home renewed and energized for the fall and winter season. I had a fantastic weekend! I loved all of it…Sign up immediately — you will be so grateful that you did!
