Pause & Relax (With This Free Guided Meditation) Then Set Your Intention

Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space lies our freedom and power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and freedom.

Pause now. Relax. Set your Intention.

The New Year is often a time to create resolutions. To fix, change, or improve ourselves; to become happier. However, in resolution-setting, we tend to disregard the essential wisdom that the journey is not in 'fixing' ourselves, but rather in 'revealing' our inherently exquisite selves.

This is the highest intention of Yoga. We practice to become more centered, relaxed, and aligned in a way that cultivates the right conditions in our body, mind, and spirit which allows our wisdom, radiance, and intrinsic goodness to shine through. When we are in this kind of alignment, we feel our deep routed connected-ness to all things.

From this place we can pause and allow our heart-centered intentions to bubble up. And, from this place, we can hear them and find the courage to act on them.

To help you relax and pause - before you set your intention take some time to enjoy this 10-minute deep relaxation.

Then come to a comfortable seat. Pause. Relax. Ask your self - with out trying to answer - What are my deeper intentions?
