Teacher Training Workshop: Practices and Tools for Working with Anxiety to Relieve Stress and Tension

In this workshop we’ll cover how yoga and meditation practices can support us in times of stress and anxiety on and off the mat. We’ll learn how to adapt mindful movement sequences, breathing practices, restorative yoga, awareness and meditation tools to support us during anxious times. Plus, most importantly, you’ll take away practical, off-the-mat tools and techniques to feel more grounded, calm, and present on the spot. You’ll have access to the recording for 30 days.
