Join me for a fifteen-minute guided mindfulness meditation designed to help you feel more grounded, present, and relaxed. In these offerings, I incorporate teachings from her book Deep Listening that include awareness practices of the body, breath, mind, and present moment. Each meditation is recorded and available for you to repeat as often as you wish throughout the week.
