Live Streaming | Mindful Restorative Flow: Special Summer Session

Join me for a special Mindful Restorative Flow—a 45-minute series of mindful yoga and breath-based awareness practice, followed by a deeply restorative pose. (It's my last Tuesday class until September!)

SPECIAL GESTURE OF GRATITUDE: You can return to this practice all month with recording access through August 31!

This mindful yoga experience integrates awareness practices with a full range of breath-based movement, tension-releasing poses, and a meditative finish. You will clear your mind, connect with your breath, energize your body, and come back home to the present moment. A final resting pose will be offered for you to extend your practice on your own.

- What you’ll need: Yoga mat, 2 blocks, & 2 blankets (or pillows)
