MINDFUL FLOW: This mindful yoga experience integrates awareness practices with a full range of breath-based movement, tension-releasing poses, and a restoring meditative finish. Short and potent, this class will help you to clear your mind, connect with your breath, energize your body, and come back home to the present moment. You will be invited to extend the final relaxation on your own. What you’ll need: 2 blocks & 2 blankets. Open Level.
