Rooted and Radiant: 60-minute slow flow practice
Begin with a 5-minute meditation, and then move through a series of standing poses for strength and stability while you simultaneously open the psoas, side body, chest and shoulders. Mindful pauses throughout help you experience a deeper sense of presence as well as a fuller more effortless breath. End with a short relaxation and finish feeling more rooted and radiant. Recommended props: 2 blocks.

Rooted and Relaxed: 45 minutes restoring stretch and rest
This 45-minute practice begins with a special 20-minute sequence to designed to nourish and open the psoas, hips, pelvis, and low back.  Once tension is released in the lower body, you are guided through 25 minutes of restoratives and deep relaxation to expand your capacity for easeful complete breathing. You will finish feeling grounded, spacious and clear.  This is a lovely practice morning or night.
