We will cultivate our “kindfulness,” a caring, welcoming, mindfulness presence in and throughout the body. As we create a friendly environment for ourselves, our nervous system calms and we begin the process of renewal. As we welcome our breath into our body, and our bodies onto the earth, we create conditions to show up more, in the present—where can access our own resilience and resources.
