Your Summer Studio is Here.

Practice means to perform, over and over again in the face of all obstacles, some act of vision, of faith, of desire.

When I create a yoga or meditation class to share, I base it on what I am personally practicing at that time. In other words, I am sharing what I need most. And even after all these years, I still find it so interesting that one of the most consistent messages I get from students is how much the class met their own personal needs, as though I designed it just for them. It goes to show you how much we experience collectively.

Over the past four months, this has never been more true. Many of you have also shared how essential it is to have the practice available at home right now. That being able to step onto the mat—right in the midst of your day, in the middle of the mess and challenges, and amid love and joys, too—has been a key to supporting your well-being (and any semblance of sanity).

You’ve also requested recordings to the practices we’ve shared. Now, with my new Online Studio, you can return to your mat - and reconnect with your body, breath, mind, and heart - over and over again - whenever you need...

We curated some of your favorite classes, so you can purchase recorded meditations, yoga classes, and mini-retreats from the past four months! Here are four ways to enjoy unlimited access for 30 days:

Deep Listening Meditations
10 meditations that guide you progressively into the process and practice of Deep Listening to feel calm, clear, and open. Each of the practices, which includes mindfulness, Metta, and breath-based practices, are based on the chapters of my book, though reading it isn’t a prerequisite.

Deep and Restorative Slow Flows & Meditations
10 simple, accessible, breath-based, and heart-centered practices (for seasoned and newer practitioners) that combine peace and power, movement and stillness, and insight and breath. You’ll explore the philosophy and practice of yoga on the mat, so you can feel more calm, clear, and connected off the mat. Plus, this also includes 3 meditations (unique from the Deep Listening package) to help you ground and stay open to your heart.

Supple Psoas Workshop: Release and Restore
The psoas is a core muscle that lives deep within your body. When you feel unsafe, this muscle contracts, which can contribute to irritability, restrict your breathing, and cause pain in your low back, hips, and even digestive system. In this 90-minute workshop that includes discussion and long, deep practice, you’ll learn how to bring your psoas into a more malleable state to leave you feeling grounded yet buoyant and spacious.

All 3 Packages—With 10% Savings
Access all Deep Listening Meditations, Deep and Restorative Slow Flows and Meditations, and the Supple Psoas Series for 30 days. You’ll also receive a discount! (That's a total of 13 meditations, 10 movement classes, and one workshop).

I hope you’ll join me for practice this summer in our new Online Studio and enjoy 30 days of unlimited access from the day you purchase.

Mostly, I wish you time to pause and care for yourself - and return to create a sense of grounded openness again and again. To help, I’ve included this Free Meditation to practice as often as you wish through August.

The bottom line is: the more we practice on the mat, the more our practice is there for us in the challenging moments of our lives. Ultimately, our time on the yoga mat is the 'pre-game'. Our real practice begins when we step off our mat.
