For those of you gathering with a family member that tends to ‘rile’ you up. Here is a little practice, so you can open your heart when you have the impulse to do the opposite. A visualization practice, Metta meditation, can change your day and leaving you feeling grateful when you least expect it.
After the feast, enjoy this digestion enhancing restorative practice
Find a quite, warm spot. You’ll need a yoga mat or blanket to lay on. Three blankets or pillows to prop your body.

And whether you are offering a blessing in private, or among company, or your acting with kindness and gratitude in the moments of your life - every one benefits. It is easy to be thankful for the good things.
A life of rich fulfillment comes to those who are
also thankful for the setbacks.
GRATITUDE can turn a negative into a positive.
