Oh, Oh Mexico.

While I am super excited about every event I lead, I am particularly thrilled to head back to Mexico this year, after a few years of hiatus. The annual Mexico retreat (dubbed Yoga in Paradise), held at the Amansala Eco Resort, in Tulum, Mexico is notoriously spectacular, refreshing and the perfect antidote to the winter doldrums. And this year, to make it extra special, we'll be practicing during the Spring Equinox, so it's sure to be particularly magical.
