Yoga in Paradise. That was the aptly named retreat I attended at the Hotel Na Balam in Isla Mujeres, Mexico. Yoga instructor Jillian Pransky led a weeklong journey to practice yoga and relax in the sun. I brought home these sanity saving "souvenirs" to cultivate inner peace--on and off the yoga mat.
