Practices are all about balancing strength and softness.

Water is fluid, soft, and yielding. But water will wear away rock, which is rigid and cannot yield. As a rule, whatever is fluid, soft, and yielding will overcome whatever is rigid and hard.
— Lao Tzu

This week's zoom practices are all about balancing strength and softness. How we can support ourselves through continually releasing tension and opening up … over and over again. Allowing us to deeply renew our energy and continually rejuvenate our body and mind.

I hope you'll join us for one or all of these fluid practices this week:

Monday Meditation (15 min)  is always free and this week we are simulcasting on FaceBook Live at Jillian Pransky Yoga.

Tuesday Mindful Flow (30 min) 10 am EDT.  I'm excited to begin a NEW Tuesday series! This potent practice weaves slow flow yoga, meditation, and restorative techniques together in the mindful movement sequence.

Friday Slow Flow (45 min)  It is always a joy to finish the week together with this rich and clarifying practice.

Plus, I'm looking forward to sharing these special live stream events in June:

6/1:   Restore Your Core (A Psoas & Digestion Reboot) hosted by Yogaworks

6/19:  Teacher Training: Creating Mindful Flows and Meditative Yoga Practices hosted by DigYoga
